Which SnapGrip™ kit is right for my phone?
Grip Only and Grip + Light work with iPhone 12–17 series and Android phones. The Master Kit is exclusively for iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max.
How does SnapGrip™ attach to a non-magnetic phone?
Apply the included magnetic ring to a clean, smooth phone case. Press firmly and wait approximately two hours before attaching the grip.
How does the Bluetooth remote work?
Connect it directly through Bluetooth—no app required. It is rechargeable and works from up to 10 metres away.
How do I use the zoom controls?
The zoom buttons work with iOS and Android camera apps. On iPhone 17, a one-time Accessibility setting may be required.
Does SnapGrip™ charge my phone?
Magnetic phone charging is exclusive to the Master Kit. Grip Only and Grip + Light do not charge the phone.
How secure is the magnetic hold?
The magnetic attachment can hold up to 3 kg when correctly installed. Always check that the grip is fully attached before use.
Can I use SnapGrip™ with a tripod?
Yes. It includes a standard 1/4-inch tripod thread, but the tripod itself is not included.
